Collaborations

The Blue Bird
This showcasing collaboration combines music, story-telling and puppetry, by bringing together the sounds of Saffron Beagley's Silhouette Ensemble and the shadow puppetry of Armchair Puppet Theatre, to create an enthralling mystical performance of the enchanting story, The Blue Bird, by Maurice Maeterlinck. This spectacular performance is at 8.00pm on Wednesday 31st May at The Wardrobe, in Leeds.

World Record
Since the millenium, Ken and Jill have collaborated extensively with Tony Gee, first setting a new World Record for the Biggest Puppet Show on Earth with the help of three Somerford Schools in Dorset. This collaboration then broke the record at the Torquay Riviera Centre with young puppeteers from Cockington Primary School.

Creation Myths
Ken regularly collaborates with Tony Gee's Far and Wide puppet company and Martin Corbin in many schools, reworking a range of traditional Creation Myths from around the world.

A Moveable Feast
As Tony's ideas developed, Ken and Martin continued to assist in a series of nine Moveable Feasts for artist workshoppers, which has since evolved through an in-house training course and a series of workshops into The Moveable Feast Workshop Company.
